We want you to feel confident when booking our Premium Package. That’s why we offer a 48-hour satisfaction guarantee.

1. What’s Covered
If a stain or odour reappears within 48 hours after we complete a Premium Package cleaning, we will return to re-clean the affected area at no additional cost.

2. Conditions

• You must notify us within 48 hours of the completed service.
• A clear photo of the issue must be provided at the time of notification.
• The guarantee applies only to the original area(s) we serviced.
• This guarantee does not cover new stains, spills, or odours that occur after the cleaning.
